What we supply
Why buy factory-direct
London Pallet Trucks is a London-based company that places every order directly with its factory partners. There is no importer, no distributor and no showroom margin between the factory and your business. That is why our trade prices are ex VAT and quoted to you in writing before you pay.
- Pallet truck trade prices ex VAT. Ask for a trade price on WhatsApp and you get a written quote, valid 30 days.
- Made to order. Every truck, trolley and scale is built against your confirmed order, so you get new equipment straight from production.
- One minimum per range. Any mix of models within the pallet trucks, trolleys and roll cages, or scales range counts towards it. See minimum order.
- Trade credit. UK limited companies and LLPs can apply for a trade account, subject to checks.
- Sales only. We do not hire. We do not sell used. We are not a cash and carry. Business customers only.

Pallet trucks
Lithium electric pallet trucks at 1500 kg and 2000 kg with the charger included, a 2000 kg semi-electric pallet truck with powered drive and manual pump lift, and a 2500 kg hand pallet truck with polyurethane or nylon wheels. Start at the pallet trucks hub to compare all three.
Trolleys and roll cages
Cash and carry trolleys in 246 L narrow aisle and 5 wheel models, a 6 wheel trolley with a pivoting centre wheel for turning on the spot, and zinc plated roll cages (roll containers) on 125 mm polyurethane castors.
Industrial weighing scales

How ordering works
Made to order at our factory partners and delivered to your door by pallet carrier. Typical lead time 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation. Deposit 30% on order, balance before despatch.
- Get a trade price on WhatsApp. Send the product name, the quantity, your business name and your delivery postcode to WhatsApp or email sales@londonpallettrucks.co.uk. We reply with a written quote ex VAT, the lead time and the delivery charge.
- Confirm and pay the deposit. You approve the quote in writing and pay the 30% deposit. Your order is then placed with the factory. Orders are not cancellable once in production.
- Production and shipping. Your equipment is built and shipped by sea freight. Air freight is quoted on request. We keep you updated on WhatsApp and you pay the balance before despatch.
- Delivery. UK mainland by pallet carrier, kerbside on a tail-lift. London and the M25 delivered by us where possible. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland quoted on request. Full details on the delivery page.
Who we sell to
We sell new equipment to business customers only: cash and carries, wholesalers, independent retailers, food distributors and warehouses across the UK. If you move pallets, pick orders on the floor or weigh goods in and out, we can quote it.
- Do you hire? No. Sales only.
- Do you sell used? No. New equipment, made to order.
- Can I buy one? Ask on WhatsApp. Each range has one minimum and any mix of models counts towards it.
- Do you sell to the public? No. Business customers only, so every quote needs a business name.
- Do I need a licence for an electric pallet truck? No licence. The employer trains operators under PUWER 1998 regulation 9. See the electric pallet truck buying guide.
Open a trade account
Any UK business can buy at our trade prices without an account. A trade account adds credit terms for UK limited companies and LLPs, subject to checks, and one contact who knows your site and your delivery access. Sole traders and partnerships buy at the same trade prices by bank transfer or card.
Apply for a trade account with your business name, company number and delivery postcode. We run a credit-reference check and confirm in writing.

No. London Pallet Trucks is sales only. We do not hire and we do not sell used equipment. Every pallet truck, trolley, roll cage and scale is new and made to order at our factory partners against your confirmed order. If you need one unit rather than a range minimum, ask on WhatsApp and you will get a straight answer.
How do I get a trade price?
Message us on WhatsApp with the product name or code, the quantity, your business name and your delivery postcode. We reply with a trade price ex VAT, the lead time and the delivery charge for your postcode, all in writing. Prices are not published on the site. You can also email sales@londonpallettrucks.co.uk and we will quote the same way.
Is London Pallet Trucks a cash and carry?
No. We are a London-based pallet truck supplier and materials handling equipment supplier for the equipment cash and carries use: electric pallet trucks, cash and carry trolleys, roll cages and platform scales. We do not sell groceries or run a trade counter. Our customers include cash and carries, wholesalers, independent retailers, food distributors and warehouses that need new handling and weighing equipment at trade prices ex VAT.
