WhatsApp first
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us. Message us on WhatsApp and send four things in one message: the product name or code, the quantity, your business name and your delivery postcode. We reply with a trade price ex VAT, the delivery charge for your postcode and the lead time, all in writing.
Every product page has a Get a trade price on WhatsApp button.
Prefer email? Write to sales@londonpallettrucks.co.uk with the same four details. Written quotes, order confirmations and invoices are sent by email, so we will ask for an email address on every order even if the conversation starts on WhatsApp.
Email is also the right route for accounts questions, invoice copies and privacy requests.
What to send for a quick quote
- Product code: for example LPT-EPT15 for the 1500 kg lithium electric pallet truck, or LPT-CC246 for the 246 L narrow aisle cash and carry trolley.
- Quantity: each range has its own minimum order and any mix of models in the range counts towards it. Minimum per range: Minimum order applies. Mix models in the range to reach it.
- Business name: we sell to business customers only, so orders without a business name are not processed.
- Delivery postcode: the delivery charge depends on it and is confirmed with the quote.

When we reply
We answer WhatsApp and email during UK office hours, Monday to Friday. Messages sent in the evening, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are answered on the following working day. Send the product code, quantity, business name and postcode straight away and it will be the first thing we answer.
How an order works
Made to order at our factory partners and delivered to your door by pallet carrier. Typical lead time 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation. Deposit 30% on order, balance before despatch.
- Ask for a quote on WhatsApp or by email.
- Confirm the written quote and pay the deposit.
- Your order is placed with our factory partners and ships by sea freight. Air freight is quoted on request.
- Pay the balance before despatch and take delivery kerbside by pallet carrier.
Orders are not cancellable once in production. Full details are on Delivery and in our Terms of Sale.
Trade account and trade credit
UK limited companies and LLPs can apply for trade credit, subject to checks. Apply with your company number on the short form at Trade Account, or send the same details on WhatsApp. No account is needed to place an order and there is no fee to open one.
What we do and do not do
Sales only. We do not hire pallet trucks. We do not sell used equipment. We are not a cash and carry and we do not sell to the public. Every product is new, made to order at our factory partners and sold to business customers only: cash and carries, wholesalers, independent retailers, food distributors and warehouses.

Do you sell to the public or hire equipment?
No. We sell new equipment to business customers only and we do not hire. Orders need a business name, and trade credit is limited to UK limited companies and LLPs, subject to checks. We do not sell used equipment either. If you are a sole trader or partnership buying for your business, you can still order and pay by bank transfer or card.
Do you have a showroom or cash and carry I can visit?
No. We are not a cash and carry and there is no showroom. London Pallet Trucks is a London-based company that sells factory-direct: every order is made at our factory partners against your confirmed order and delivered by pallet carrier. Ask on WhatsApp for photos, confirmed specifications and a written quote before you pay the deposit.
