What we sell
Three ranges, each with its own minimum order. Any mix of models within a range counts towards that minimum.
- Pallet trucks: 1500 kg and 2000 kg lithium electric pallet trucks, a 2000 kg semi-electric pallet truck and a 2500 kg hand pallet truck.
- Cash and carry trolleys in narrow aisle, 5 wheel and 6 wheel formats, plus zinc plated roll cages.
- Platform scales from 150 kg to 600 kg for check-weighing and goods-in, and a 2000 kg pallet scale.
Trade prices are ex VAT and are given on WhatsApp for the model and quantity you need. The range minimum is explained on the minimum order page.
How we work: factory-direct pre-order
We do not hold goods in the UK. Every order is placed with our factory partners in China against your confirmed order, which is how we keep trade prices low.
Made to order at our factory partners and delivered to your door by pallet carrier. Typical lead time 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation. Deposit 30% on order, balance before despatch.
- Send the model, quantity, business name and delivery postcode on WhatsApp. You get a trade price ex VAT, the lead time and the delivery charge in writing.
- Confirm the order and pay the 30% deposit. Production starts. Orders are not cancellable once in production.
- Goods ship by sea freight. Air freight is quoted on request.
- Pay the balance before despatch. Delivery is kerbside by tail-lift across the UK mainland. London and the M25 are delivered by us where possible. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are quoted on request. Full details on the delivery page.
Who we sell to
Business customers only: cash and carries, wholesalers, independent retailers, food distributors and warehouses across London and the UK.
Trade credit is available to UK limited companies and LLPs, subject to checks. Apply on the trade account page with your company number. Sole traders and partnerships buy on the same trade terms by bank transfer or card.
What we do not do
- We do not hire. Sales only.
- We do not sell used equipment. Every unit is new, made against your order.
- We do not sell to the public.
- We are not a cash and carry. We supply the equipment cash and carries run on.

Air freight is quoted on request. You confirm the specification in writing before paying the 30% deposit.
Why buy factory-direct instead of from a UK dealer?
Factory-direct removes the importer's and dealer's margins, so the trade price ex VAT reflects the factory cost plus freight and our own margin. The trade-off is time: goods are made to order and arrive by sea rather than off a shelf. For a planned fit-out or a fleet renewal the lead time is easy to build in.
