Electric pallet trucks: 1500 kg and 2000 kg lithium
Electric pallet trucks are pedestrian trucks that drive and lift on battery power; the operator walks behind and steers with a tiller.
Our two models are lithium-ion powered, rated 1500 kg and 2000 kg, with the charger included and forks sized for Euro and UK pallets. They are the trucks to buy for repeated lifting, longer runs and tail-lift work.

Semi-electric pallet trucks: powered drive, pump lift
A semi-electric pallet truck has a battery-powered drive for moving forwards and backwards and a manual hydraulic pump to lift the forks. It is the step up from a hand pallet truck for sites where the effort is in the pushing, not the lifting.
Our model is rated 2000 kg. Choose fully electric instead if staff lift loaded pallets many times a shift.
Hand pallet trucks and pump trucks: 2500 kg
A hand pallet truck is a manual hydraulic pallet truck that the operator pushes and pumps by hand. It is the everyday pump truck for cash and carries, shops and warehouses, and needs no charging.
Our model is rated 2500 kg with a choice of polyurethane or nylon wheels. Polyurethane runs quietly and does not mark smooth floors. Nylon is the easiest to push on rough concrete.

One minimum order across the pallet trucks range
Minimum order applies. Mix models in the range to reach it.
The minimum applies to the pallet trucks range as a whole. Any mix of electric, semi-electric and hand pallet trucks counts towards it, so a wholesaler can order one heavy-duty truck for drinks and flour and one standard truck for grocery in the same order. Trolleys and roll cages, and scales, each have their own range minimum and do not combine.

How ordering and delivery work
Made to order at our factory partners and delivered to your door by pallet carrier. Typical lead time 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation. Deposit 30% on order, balance before despatch.
- Quote. Message us on WhatsApp or email sales@londonpallettrucks.co.uk with the models, quantities and your delivery postcode. You get a written trade price ex VAT with the delivery charge included.
- Deposit. Confirm the order in writing and pay the 30% deposit. Orders are not cancellable once in production.
- Production and shipping. Your trucks are built to order at our factory partners and shipped by sea freight. Air freight can be quoted on request.
- Delivery. Pay the balance before despatch. UK mainland delivery is kerbside by pallet carrier with a tail-lift. London and the M25 are delivered by us where possible. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are quoted on request.

Licence, training and inspection
No licence is needed for any pallet truck on this page. The employer must train the operator and check they are competent under PUWER 1998, regulation 9. Accredited pedestrian pallet truck courses are the usual proof for electric models; basic recorded instruction is expected for hand pallet trucks.
Pallet trucks are lifting equipment in practice, so a periodic thorough examination is recommended alongside daily pre-use checks. We supply new trucks; we do not run training courses.

Do you sell used or refurbished pallet trucks?
No. Every pallet truck we sell is new, made to order at our factory partners against your order. Sales only. We do not hire. A new electric truck comes with a fresh lithium-ion battery and the charger included, so you get the full battery life from day one rather than whatever a used truck has left.
Can I buy a pallet truck from you as a private individual?
No. We sell to business customers only: cash and carries, wholesalers, independent retailers, food distributors, warehouses and similar trades. Prices are trade prices ex VAT and a range minimum order applies. You do not need a trade account to get a quote, but you do need to be buying for a business. How do I get trade prices for pallet trucks?
Message us on WhatsApp with the models, quantities and your delivery postcode. You get a written trade price ex VAT, the delivery charge and the lead time before you pay anything. Prices are not published on the site because every order is placed factory-direct against your quantity. Quotes are per order, so tell us the full quantity and mix you plan to buy.
Do you supply pallet trucks across the UK or only London?
Across the UK. We are a London-based company and deliver London and the M25 ourselves where possible. UK mainland orders travel by pallet carrier, kerbside with a tail-lift, and the charge is confirmed with your quote. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are quoted on request. Every truck is made to order, so allow the typical lead time of 8 to 12 weeks.
