What it is for

A roll cage is a steel mesh cage on castors that moves a full load of goods from the delivery vehicle to the back of house and on to the shop floor without re-handling. This model is for supermarkets, cash and carries, wholesalers, food distributors and warehouses that unload deliveries by the cage and wheel them straight to the aisle. It is zinc plated steel, so it stands up to loading bays and yards, on 125 mm (5 inch) polyurethane (TPU) castors that suit smooth concrete and polished retail floors.

What is supplied

Each roll cage is supplied new, zinc plated, fitted with 125 mm (5 inch) polyurethane (TPU) castors.

The overall size, the number of sides, whether the cages nest, the rated load, the castor layout and brake option, any shelf option and whether the cage arrives assembled are confirmed in writing with your quote, together with the warranty period. How to order

Made to order at our factory partners and delivered to your door by pallet carrier. Typical lead time 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation. Deposit 30% on order, balance before despatch.

1. Send the product code LPT-RC1, the quantity, your business name and your delivery postcode on WhatsApp or by email to sales@londonpallettrucks.co.uk. You get a trade price ex VAT, the delivery charge and the lead time in writing.
2. Confirm the order and pay the 30% deposit. Production starts against your order. Orders are not cancellable once in production.
3. Pay the balance before despatch. Sea freight is standard; air freight is quoted on request.
4. Delivery is kerbside by tail-lift to UK mainland addresses. London and the M25 are delivered by us where possible. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are quoted on request. Full details on the delivery page.
